Dalmi Resorts International, with offices in Toronto, London and Croatia, is one of the first international real estate companies to target resort development projects in the Croatian Adriatic coast. Our long-term objective is to create a sustainable business platform of scale for the development and management of properties in the Adriatic. We intend to become the premier development entity of branded resorts and residential property in the region.

After over seven years of identifying sites and assembling land suitable for high-end residential development, Dalmi Resorts International is currently in the process of creating two 5-star luxury resorts in the Dalmatian region: First Bay Resort in Primosten near Split and Clearpoint Resort in Cavtat near Dubrovnik. Both Dalmi Resorts will capture the traditional village lifestyle, while encompassing the beautiful panoramic views of the Adriatic. Designed to take advantage of the surrounding natural beauty, almost every residence looks out over the coastline, embracing the essential Dalmatian way of life.
