The preliminary concept envisages a mix of private apartments and luxury villas on a terraced hillside reaching down to the historic Cavtat harbour. The project is to be developed in phases, with the final phase including a 5 star hotel and marina complex, and a vibrant boardwalk, restaurant and entertainment offer. The marina itself is being designed to accommodate 200 yachts, including provision for super yacht berthing and to include an exclusive nautical clubhouse and a pebble beach.
